This is hilarious in so many ways...
1. The Federal Court bundle was made public in PEP11 vs Scomo. The Judge declared it was in the public interest that they be released. Was the Judge in contempt of his own court?
2. Any member of the public, not just SH, is entitled to ask for the judge to release the documents, why would you have a problem with this standard part of our justice system?
3. You think that Flam's suggestion that SH request the release of documents is "counter productive". I naturally disagree. What is counter productive is forum users spreading false and misleading information, inventing fake conspiracies, and giving unqualified legal advice.
