It’s the many many many many hurdles Pep11 still has to cross to get to drill ready status that is the problem, both legally and yes environmentally and also most importantly now politically, I’ve been involved in Pep11 consistently for nearly 20 years now and imo Pep11 is the furthest away from drill ready status it’s ever been since I’ve been involved imo. And thus my exiting the Pep11 Inc market !!!!
