Hoodie clearly the ALP are going to deny Pep11 or keep it in court for a Millennium, and there is absolutely no evidence that the LNP and Dutton won’t do the same if they do actually win the next election, Ed Husic and the ALP has done all the ground work legally if the LNP win the 2025 election and will simply follow suit behind Labours action against Pep11 denial, Dutton will have a huge battle selling his Nuclear Port in Newcastle, let alone putting a Natural Gas Rigs off shore the Northern Beaches, simply Dutton isn’t that stupid to burn the most Populous coastline in Australia when the ALP has done all the dirty work for him!!!!
You lot need to get real in regard to Pep11, the writing is on the wall and the federal elected government of Australia has all ready fore warned the markets of the intent to deny, to lessen the blow to investors and fore warn the denial of Pep11 will do to the Share Price of MMR in the ST.
