IF you are correct about non decision and it will happen AFTER an election...then Asset has a decision to make on 7th Feb.
Now Ive always said that Asset better not have VACATED the Consent Order without some 'understanding/agreement' that 'something' will happen before 7th Feb - or else what was the purpose of taking it to court and then to TOTALLY capitulate???
So... I will wait another 4 weeks before I agree with you (although I do believe the JA does NOT want to make a decision) to see what IF anything Asset was able to GET before ABANDONING the Court case....
AND what will Asset do with 'Adjourned - for review of progress'???? Will they agree to adjourn again????
