Agree with everything except Labor approving PEP11 if they win, I don't believe they will ever approve PEP11.
But the rest is spot on. And this is where who is the smart money and who isn't debate will be decided. Those that are buying MMR see things your way, and if the LNP win the election, those buying now will gain an immediate reward. Smart money.
Those selling are likely following the GB line of thought that process will drag on. It won't drag on under the LNP. If Labor somehow manage to retain power, then the court will decide it for them. The reasons why I think selling now is dumb money is (a) because the most likely election result is LNP win, and (b) the SP is unlikely to fall below this level in between now and a court case should the LNP win.
