Yes, there is evidence, and it exposes the corruption of what is a standard administrative process under the OPGGS Act. The ALP has wedged itself. Can't approve PEP11 due to breaching caucus. Can't deny PEP11 because it would be illegal. Only thing left for the ALP to do is....NOTHING.
