If I take your post to be true then there are a myriad of questions that need answering.
Firstly I assume DB knows all of this and therefore must take legal action accordingly.
Secondly what they hell are the ALP thinking. To make this policy and have it documented means they either lose the election and its not there problem or they win the election and it becomes a massive problem for them. I can't imagine they are sitting there fingers crossed they lose the election so the lack of foresight is staggering.
Is this policy document obtainable under an FOI (cant imagine it would be) or is there anyway of bringing this document to light so I can contact the Journo covering PEP11.
