why wouldn’t DB be piling on the pressure then, they’ve had more than enough time to respond. Hit them with the 3 day notice. Just because that’s their strategy this should not go unchecked.
while I believe LNP will probably win the election, we also need to be realistic and prepare for another ALP stoneage. Because of that possibility we should be piling on as much pressure through the courts as we can. Don’t sit around until the election hoping. Start proceedings now to get that discovery date and if LNP win in the meantime, fantastic.
