Other then the fact that I would like to see this in 'writing'....... EVERYONE knows the position of the ALP.
IF they had any LEGAL reason - PEP11 was DEAD back in 2021/2022/2023/2024........
Yet it still lives and to date no decision by the JEDA.....
Delay and do nothing UNLESS Asset starts court proceedings and we wait to see if Asset will continue the current application to the Fed Court. I hope they do and never allow it to leave the Federal Court until there is a LEGAL decision made by the JA!!!!
