imo labor will delay until election called
labor are not compelled and any court decision will still push the decision past any election

LNP have a good chance
LNP remain on and repeat their record of approving NOPTA compliant permit
this will be the election that holders will never forget
PEP-11 is sailing into the perfect storm. In many respects no decision would be good and I am glad to be part of the crew
