I recently spoke to DB about a particular issue that has some relevence to a probable future legal challenge. I can't go into specifics as it would only get "grey tiled" by the self-appointed PEP11 prefect. All I can say is that a potential challenge to the refusal is a very high priority for the MD/BOD. I suspect this thread is going to get very busy very soon.
