For me - Policy/Caucus or even Ten Commandments have NO relevance when you have A CONSENT ORDER that YOU agreed to stating that you would undertake a decision in accordance with the law.
Now if they know that the Caucus/Policy will not allow a decision other then a REFUSAL... then you are party to - IMO - an 'illegal act'...
U ARE THE COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT U HAVE MORE RESPONSIBILITY THEN EVEN A REASONABLE MAN to make decisions that are fair/equitable and in accordance with the law.
As the recommendations from NOPTA are for Approvals ... then - IMO - JEDA (and ALBO) better have unimpeachable reasoning to REFUSE PEP11.
I hope DB and the lawyers (yes all 1.5 of them eh Sammy????!!!>..lmao)... are onto it and will get this infront of the Justice as soon as they can manage it!!
