Albenese on the other hand has done everything Scomo should of IMO, and it’s one of my main reasons I started selling down my Pep11 Inc positions in early 2024 tbh and have continued to till now $$$$$

IMO this current Judaical Review set forth by Advent Vs The Commonwealth is very likely to be thrown out of court before it even gains traction imo, because as can clearly be seen publicly Albanese has done everything by the books in the Scope that a judicial review works in, and even if he did trip up on a technicality it reverts straight back to NOPTA again for re processing into 2026 to only be rinsed and repeated again in a dissimilar same only different fashion by the next elected Federal government next week !!!
