The last I looked this Country still has issues with energy. This government would not want to give up on a key chance of being re-elected in 2028 should PEP11 be proven and solve the East coast dwindling gas reserves crisis.
Labor would go down as heros if PEP11 approved, subsequently drilled and gas reserves proven.
PEP11 website was updated Friday to reflect what we all knew would be the outcome.
Labor we are now in bed with and Labor do not need to appease the greens.
Surely they are not that stupid to flight PEP11 drilling.
