No Googs... he never said he had caucus documents. The document he is relying on is from the House of Reps and what Albo said during some speech back in 2021... that speech indicated that albo/labor had agreed in caucus (unanimously) to a 'negative' position on PEP11.... that does not mean we will ever see a doc stating such a position.... but it is 'obvious' that at the point in time ALP were against PEP11 and would look to REFUSE it.

Whether that changed later when they came into office - who knows???? and something we may never know.... but the proof of the pudding is in the actions of the relevant people.... Albo/Ed etal....

This is what needs to be assessed by the Courts and past positions can be an indicator to their thinking and possible bias.....

Thats My Opinion..... but i am waiting to see the most important opinion - The Federal Justice!!!!!!!!!!
