Not sure about AS2 I'm a afraid. Yeah PLS is now cashed up and ready to party, or at least start setting itself up long term. They acquired the Altura mine last October so are familiar with acquisitions in the area. The fact one of their founding GEOs heads up MRR is a good thing purely from a networking and resource point of view.
I feel a war is brewing in the region for supremacy between the behemoth MRL and the upstart PLS. One has a war chest if resources and the other is up and running making bank. I see potentially a lot of consolidation and acquisition activity in the region in the next 1-3 years. GL1 to me is the FMG of the titanium boom behind the bigger MRL and PLS. If MRR do indeed find something (if), I don't think it would take long for them to get swooped up quickly. Our MD would know this
