    A great stategic alliance will possbily form between FWL and MMX.

    - directors of MMX are substantial holders of FWL .

    THe locations to port are in the same locataion.(Geraldton)

    MMX's new partner will build the new port and facilities, thus FWL can get some great synergies from this.

    FWL cost could be greatly reduced if this was to eventuate.
