seems purely depend on AH's reputation. Lawers, good or bad, are in this for fees regardless of the result. Good lowers only take cases have the protential to keep their reputation. BUt what is the protential for CHM, $100m settlement is a very good result from AH's point of view and pockets, for CHM is 10c per share b4 cost.
Hope the backroom players can push sp to 20c so everyone can offload back to them!!!
