Very important point Aquatau - if there was anything in the CHM claim it should be reflected in the CHM share price...which it is not.

As also mentioned above, MMX volume is low suggesting the problem is more a lack of buyers than hardcore selling.

I think the sell-down is a function of the financial market problems, fears of US recession and short-term negative newsflow on MMX.

Lets face it the market is very, very short term focused.

Remember, it is often the most gut-wrenching times when you most feel like selling that you should actually be buying.

A cold, hard analysis of MMX shows the fundamentals are very positive.

If the management was not trustworthy I would be worried by the falling share price, but MMX management is one of the most trustworthy I have seen.
