spiderman - No not nervous just amazed by Mr Kopejtka's bravardo and changing vision for MMX. Six months ago MMX was the greatest thing since sliced bread, going to be the next Iron Ore Mining GIANT, takeover MIS with a script offer on almost a share per share offer. SP was predicted to head to $13, secure the infrastructure project etc etc etc.
Now after languishing in the doldrums, suddenly MMX wants to merge with MIS which effectively dilutes MMXs' share holders equity in the new entity by a third and assigns the Murchusion name to oblivion. However, Mr Kopejtka still does well out the deal taking up the chairman's position in the new MIS.
Marginalized - well CHM might become Sino's new best friend as this merger seems to hostile to their objectives!
As for CHM's day in court I'm tipping October 2008.
