If this MMX /MIS deal is successfull there will not be a quick resolution for you. Just years of court case and lawyers.
What MMX has said in the past will change to the opposite.
Drag it out for as long as possible and even if you are totally successfull you will get 1/100th of a massive organisation and all current MMX holders will wish you well because it will do nothing to the share Price.
Jack Hills / Weld range will only be a small part of a much larger organisation.
If you dont believe me have a look at the combined projects on the go with MMX/MIS.
Will make Jack Hills seem small.
