I see the proposal as a huge positive to CHM as both MIS and MMX documents will have to disclose case, any potential financial negative from a loss even if board views that it has no possibility of success. Still a disclosure event and they will have to provide market with a fair bit of detail.
As I said before its a good deal for MMX holders if they get it across the line as it reduces any loss from cases by 50% and gives you 50% of MIS assets which are not tainted like MMX IO assets by external claims.
Marginised or now potentially dialled into larger pot of gold.
Yor right though a long road and for my small holding I should not spend as much time as I do on it but its a great chess game going on here.
