If you want to maintain some form of dignity you need to actually have a read of things before you post.
The judge in the recent case between CHM and the funder stated that MMX had made a offer. Its there in black and white as part of a court judgement.
The same as the whole funding agreement which showed how far wide of the mark comrade glyna was in claiming the funder was going to get over 60%.
How do you figure Glyna is being generous in calulations if it turns out that the MMX shares had limited value for stamp duty purposes.
That would mean CHM stumped up a big % of the all important cash needed to acquire the assets.
