80 million shares in MMX..This was honoured....
Later upon aquisition of further tenements..$1.1 mill in cash plus another 1.7 mill shates in MMX..
Therefore..Initial deal.ie 80 mill shares in MMX done with NO help at all from chm....
In dispute a couple ofhundred thou later..But not in Initial deal..That was done totally devoid of any input from chm.....As was the later 1.7 million shares in MMX//only dispute that chm have any claim to..Is a small percentage of cash contribution...that was done way after initial deal struck and cemented.......
