Nasty -being the most devoted and regular poster on the entire Hot Copper site + a person endowed (not what you are thinking) with such a pleasant and communicative manner on all matters MMX I thought and your "comrades" must have by now had a meeting with the management of MMX. I am sure they would have willingly shown you all papers referring to any offer to CHM and or its funder.
It should be you who are ringing them up and I know what they would say - but I can't state it here because I would get banned.
Anyway what about the idea of a celebratory dring whoever wins? Would make for good camaraderie and one hell of a punch up!!!
BTW - CM probably will not do much more than hover around here until a decision is made.
