I noted that MMX extended the date for MIS to accept their offer by two weeks.
Seems rather coincidental methinks that the first date of the Federal Court proceedings with CHM falls just 2 days after that timeframe.
Is this a case of trying to cover ones arse, as there is clearly still a lot of uncertainty how this will unfold and would have an impact on the whole MMX MIS play.
