    When the first court case is a total disaster they won't be stupid enough to go ahead with the second one, if they do MMX will be ready for them and destroy them. MMX has $165m cash and Mitshubhsi and POSCO backing it, they will have the best lawyers money can buy , they will make CHMs Piper Alderman lawyers look like first year law students, well they will teach them a lesson they wont forget.
