    No matter how good MMX lawyers are it all comes down to the facts.

    How did Barnes and Grimaldi go about getting the funds to buy the assets.

    Did they misuse CHM for their own and MMX benefit.

    In the second case did the people Koh and Evans introduce put funds in.

    You cant get away from the facts and money trails will show the truth.
