I agree he is not stupid. The media making up stories are helping anyone buy in at this price.

All an investor has to do is read what he actually says. He is frustrated with the delay and wants project delivery. If he was thinking the way the media make up their hype, the project would be even more delayed. 6 months is not a long time in terms of the large scale of this project and all the work that has been done to date
