I can see the announcement now.

Benny Elias has resigned as chairman of CHM to "pursue other interests".
He wishes to thank the board and shareholders of CHM for their support during the stressful leadup and subsequent trial with Murchison metals and has qustioned the judges verdict and the Australian justice system.
An appeal is not out of the question and those options are being considered but MR Elias has decided to move on and seek other opportunities...


I wonder how close to the mark that will be.
