When does this damn thing end? Will the Judge hand downa decision soon? I have read he will then not sure when. The FMG case still is up in the air. The Judge at the end of that case said I will deliver within 3-4 months. Now is almost 5 months! The sp steadily climbed back from 2.50 after it ended to around 3.80 average within 1 month. Went to 4.20 at one stage. Then dropped back to 3.50. Then was very flat until recently.
I see if a win = BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
If a loss down to 1.20-1.40 short term as most is factored in now.
If a decent settlement no idea!
If decison delayed for months - I guess a rebound like FMG.
Any others have REALISTIC opinions!
