mmx is in trouble

It seems you MMXers are starting to go into deny mode it will not help things to crawl into a corner and cower or pretend not to read posts the only way you can protect your shareholding is to
1. Sell your shares 2. Buy some CHM.

MMX are digging a deeper and deeper hole, i dont know what the comprise figure is at the moment to settle this but both sides would be in constant discussion of a figure.

I will start by taking stab that MMX would have offered a minimum of 50 million possible 75 million to make this go away. I reckon that the judge is probably sitting at 150m to go towards CHM and the more witnesses that don't front up the worse it gets for MMX.

Then again if MMX make an offer of 100m its possible that it could be accepted by CHM and we could see an announcement of something in the next week with the current rate of witness defaults.
