Captain I love your enthusiasm as do we all - but remember David and Galliath (excuse spelling). Until we win or get a very good settlement deal let us not count the eggs before they hatch!LET CHM do that only to find no $ left for average share holders. I think we should have a mmx party then!!!!!

I have a question on options. Can you answer Cramswick.

If a director is issued say 1 million options at 50c that expire on 11/11/09 and the share price was higher - do they get the higher price or the 50c???? I know if the sp was lower they just would not take their options on that date. But if higher what is it? I have been told conflicting things.
