i have read it and think its a hoot.

Its sad really you almost feel sorry for them.
But I dont when I look at what they did to my bank balance.

I think MMX should sue CHM for delivering to us a so called crooked director, you know you have to wonder why it cost $26k to audit nothing.

I think CHM could take this even further, why not sue the auditors/accountants that handled the transaction/loan, because surely they would have had 'advice' on those so called busness transactions. Obviously they did not received good advice according to them.

CHM could sue for years and years I am sure they will dig up a few more morsels out of this.
