Cransy as a CHM holder I would prefer to see the bulk of our claim paid in MMX stock.

I think other than your executive chairman who has let his ego get in the way of good sense the company will go a long way as long as the judge does not punish MMX if it is shown they had knowledge of this.

I can see MMX shares heading back to $5 so getting paid at todays value can see in a short time the payment woth 2 or 3 times as much.

MMX will start to get damaged if its a huge cash award or a direct interest in Crossland.
