However we come back to the question of...HOW MUCH ACTUAL CASH/FUNDS OF CHM"S WENT INTO PURCHASE OF PROJECT...HOW MUCH HAS BEEN SHOWN AND PROVED>>GIVE ME THE FIGURE???????
So far i believe $153,000 only...What do you have to say.......No matter how much profit for selling leases or selling shares i might make and then cash up a company and however wrong that might be (IF PROVED) NOW LISTEN CAREFULLY!! if that actual money was not used in the Purchase IT cant be Included in a CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST REMEDY...It could be awarded to be returned to CHM with interest etc but would NOT from any part of CT claim.....So we get back to the main question...HOW MUCH ILLGOTTEN LOOT HAS CHM PROVED WENT IN TO ACTUAL PURCHASE......
MMX defending and arguing naturally nothing ...But if proved my mail is south of $500k....NOW!!
