In my previous post I said 50% more shares may be issued but I actually should have said at least 100% more shares would be needed to be issued to award CHM a 50% interest.

A disaster for MMX if it happens and shareholders will be fighting for the door. There could be ramifications for the Midwest as a whole- companies, communities, employment, etc.

Most probably, another settlement will occur, but obviously it will be far larger and costly to MMX!
