What happened to the underwritten rights issue? The backer bailed thats what! So now you poor chm holders have to cough up some more of your own money and buy shares, further diluting the company. What I don't understant is if you really do have a case then why isn't the smart money coming your way instead running in the opposite direction. Dreamers see you in court if you make it there!!!!!
