CHM made an announcement on 13th Sept that " the company has formed a view that based on material and records available to it and its assessment to date, the company may have a claim, or a series of claims, against a number of parties including Murchison Metals and or its subsiduaries.".......
"Once the company has received further advice with respect to the potential claims it will make a further statement"
I understanding this is still progressing and either way CHM will make another annoucement to substantiate the above claims or withdraw that statement.
The ASIC charges against former directors can only help CHM with "a claim or a series of claims against a number of parties"
Time is passing and CHM is working on!!!!!!!!
