Sadly for MMX they are not the judge and what CHM gets will be what the judge decides, not MMX not Glyna but a man in a robe and wig who will weigh up the evidence.
Two sets of lawyers both telling their clients how well they have done and only one is right. Judge will decide who has presented the best case.
Then MMX can decide if it was a succesful outcome.
For MMX to have any control in the outcome there would need to be a settlement and for that two parties need to agree.
But why would CHM bother as in a weeks time they have done the hard yards and can let the legal system decide.
