Sadly for chm...If this goes to Judgement, it will be decided by a judge, who will have had to be TOTALLY and utterly convinced with OVERWHELMING evidence and proof as to MMX's wrong doings or Knowledge of wrong doings.....My mail, Markets mail, Major investors all suggesting otherwise and pointing to "successfull outcome" for MMX Chm "Should bother" as a loss pretty much spells the end for chm........whereas a modest $6 to 8 mill (if offered) from MMX may keep chm afloat...Looking forward to Chm announcement..."given the inherantly uncertain nature of litigation chm were pleased to accept a $7 million dollar settlement offer from MMX and consider this to be a major victory and windfall for the company"
