Gard's.....the final payments in cash ($550,000) for the purchase of Jh was made after MMX relisted and was made out of around $6 mill that was raised in the IPO and a share placement...(announcement march 2005)..this only leaves another potential $550k of cash component as the total was $1.1 mill....as mentioned before, I believe that even chm concede only about $400k of monies belonging rightfully to them was used, Naturally MMX argue somewhat less....therefore once again even if we accept CHM,s own version we are talking at most about 3%.....No matter which way you try to colour it any CT award is made on direct precentage of contribution....I am 100% happy to stand by the figures mentioned in the previous post....give me your best educated opinion on final payout and lets see who's right and who's wrong, and to the most accurate goes the bragging rights and unequivocal apology from the other...you up for it??
