Glyna Your reasoning sounds like it,s OK to missaproriate funds,cos in the end if you get caught you just pay back what you took with a little penalty [like it's a business transaction] but you get to keep the gains made with your money put in after[cos that was your money right] and nobody else is entitled to your gains even though it was started with someone,s else,s money. Now you wouldn,t have anything if you didn't steal in the first place.S So why should a judge think you are entitled to those gains[ I know your entrepeneurmanship, nothing wrong with being sneaky or dishonest] I honestly don,t think they deserve any of the profit past present or future after there actions Time will tell
