it would not surprise me if the judge reserves his decision for 4 to 6 months on this one no matter how the closing arguments go. could be a short term kick in it for chm. i always believed that there would be no settlement on this one because chm would want too much and so mmx might as well take its chances in the court room but with mmx sp falling away you start to wonder if there are talks going on.
