Hi Glyna, If only things were that simple. Have you even considered this may be the %5 chance that is successful?. That makes it a 20 to 1 shot. Some would take that as not bad odds... and you forgot to add CHM are confident as well. Also you say, "no doubt Grim.. WOULD HAVE.. informed Nicu/MMX board" and "therefore MMX itself, WOULD HAVE, had no knowledge of any misuse of funds". Then, to be fair, you SHOULD have added MMX ...COULD... have clean hands etc.. I like your confidence though. If ignorance is part of the defence, it normally doesn't hold up too well. Not long now though to the beginning of the end.
