    MMX's yesterday offer is based on the assumption that MIS only retains 50% of the projects.

    In the light of the new announcement by MIS that "Sinosteel does not have an immediate or any unconditional right to acquire a 50% interest in the projects...",
    MMX should pay MIS more for the full control of the project
