After trading down to$3.6? on Friday MMX bounced to over $4 on their refutation of CHM claims outright. As yet they have not responded to CHM's Friday night's announcement that their claims are serious and substantial. Additionally, CHM stated the MMX outright refutation amounts to misrepresentation and MMX is failing to keep the market fully informed.
Will we get another denial from MMX quoting their legal reps credentials and response. Without that their SP will continue to be under pressure. Their $3.80 sp wouldn't be very attactive to MIS shareholders
