You were dreaming the other day when you said that recent SWAN announcement meant Harbinger could use all there shares to vote. It turned out they cant.

And yes I do think the MMX MGMT have erred. They should of made this decision a month ago when SINO got to 40%. Then the WA govt may not of extended deadline.This has given Yilgirn the chance to get there financing in order.

SO I DO think MMX mgmt have bungled quite a few things along this rocky road.
