    I am very interested in the MMX v CHM litigation. It would be very interesting to see how it pans out. What are your opinions regarding the outcome?

    In my opinion, the previous single judge decision was the correct one, eg. successful claim against ex-director Philip Grimaldi personally, as well as a couple hundred thousand dollars from MMX itself.
