Nothing wrong with buying properties with borrowed money i have done so with many properties over the years. It is a great way of long term wealth creation using some basic principles 80% LVR, wait for positive cash flow before levraging into another property. Can definetly say have made many multiple more through property than shares without half the heart ache. for me its a long term strategy
